Hello and welcome! I believe massage is 'VYTL' for your overall health and wellbeing. A little about me - I'm a mother of three and was born and raised in small town Ellendale, ND.  I started my massage therapy journey in 2017 and have enjoyed helping clients over the years, whether it be stress relief or physical pain. I am motivated to help others through the healing benefits of massage and aim to provide a comfortable and relaxing space for each client to de-stress in.  As a mom, I understand the 'need to escape' a lot of the high-stress demands of everyday life and hope to do just that for my clients - helping you feel recharged when you leave! I have a strong interest in integrated (custom) massage using multiple modalities in a session customized to fit each client for the best possible results. My style is a combination of therapeutic body work and relaxation techniques - deep enough pressure to be effective and still relaxing.  I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your wellness goals!
